Ryoukyeung Hotel, a pyramid shaped building, is the highest one in Pyongyang. It is still under construction, and the work has not progressed for 15 years, when the project was short of financing. 200 millions euros would be required to achieve the building, which should have 105 floors when completed. However, the building can be already seen from very far, and is probably the most impressive building in the city.
