MANKYEUNGDAI, PYONGYANG

Mankeyungdai is a place located in Pyongyang's suburbs. Président Kim Il Sung was bornt there in 1912. According to the official communist history, he lived there until 14, when he left to "make the revolution and fight against the Japanese imperialists". The revolutionnary and patriotic activities of Kim Il Sung's family are explained all over the place.
