Sanya is a small town located at the south end of the Chinese island of Hainan. As a matter of fact, it is the most southern point of the whole country. The city and its area are one of the most popular vacation places in China, thanks to its long sandy beaches and its tropical climate. For these reasons, Sanya rapidly changed itself from a small fishing harbour to a main touristic destination.
